Raymond M. White

BA, MA

Recently retired from the CIA’s clandestine service after a 25-year field career, Ray has extensive experience in high impact operational planning and implementation. In June 2016, Ray led the CIA’s local response to the Pulse Night Club terror attack. CIA has recognized Ray with numerous team and individual awards for his outstanding collaboration and experience in standing up and leading results-driven teams, coaching and mentoring, building trust-based relationships, influencing, creative problem solving, and networking on a global level. Ray is an expert in counterterrorism, counterproliferation, and training. On two separate occasions, Ray stood up and led HVT teams in the war zone theater to pursue ISIS. Ray holds an MA in Adult Education and led CIA’s enterprise operational training school. He currently facilitates soft skills and leadership training for McKinsey & Company.

Tim Bosworth

BSc, MSc, PhD

Tim brings 25 years of commercial experience through his background as an academic up to and career in the energy sector.  During this time, Tim’s experience covers roles in leadership, change and project management. Tim has developed a strong belief in teamwork and an approach to building business relationships with a diverse matrix of demanding business challenges and stakeholders.

Darrell Blocker

CIA, National Security Executive (Ret.)

Meet Darrell Blocker, a 28-year veteran of the CIA’s Clandestine Service. A recipient of the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal, Darrell served multiple tours as a station chief, and was the most senior black Directorate of Operations officer when he retired in October 2018 with the rank equivalent to a three-star general. Darrell served with distinction as the Deputy Chief of the CIA’s Counterterrorism Center (CTC) and under his leadership transformed the Agency’s largest enterprise operational training program. Through his own firm (DMB Consulting Services), Darrell has served as a strategic advisor to individuals and businesses operating in the defense, national security and international affairs sectors along with the entertainment and nonprofit industries. He also serves as a creative consultant, speaker, educator and an ABC News contributor.

Ronald Hopper

FBI, Assistant Special Agent in Charge (Ret.)

ASAC Ron Hopper oversaw Tampa Division’s Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Squads, Orlando’s Safe Streets/Violent Crimes and White-Collar Crime/Cyber Squads and served as the Tampa Division SWAT Team Commander. In June 2016, Ron served as the On-Scene Commander of the Pulse Night Club Terror Attack crisis response. Ron is a recipient of the FBI’s Medal of Excellence. In July 2021, Ron retired from the FBI and joined the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office where he currently serves as the Captain of the Domestic Security Division with responsibilities including Counterterrorism, Fugitives, Major Offenders, Criminal Street Gangs and the Real Time Crime Center (intelligence center).
